We don't just sell cartridges. We run the loop that closes behind them.

Traditional toner is a transaction — you buy it, use it, and the empty goes in the trash. We replace that with a service: every cartridge you purchase comes with the tools, logistics, and reporting to turn office printing into a measurable environmental program.

How it works

From the moment you place an order to the moment your empty cartridge is reborn — every step is tracked and reported back to you.

Replace

Order a remanufactured EcoTonerUSA cartridge and we ship it to your office. Each one is produced with 53% less carbon and 59% less energy than a new OEM cartridge.

Return

When the cartridge runs out, request a free return label. Drop it in the mail and the empty heads straight to a recycler that works exclusively with toner cartridges — no co-mingled waste streams.

Regenerate

The recycler inspects every returned cartridge to determine what can be reused. Parts go back into the remanufacturing stream. Nothing hits the landfill. The loop starts again.
